Our delicious moist Christmas fruit cake is decorated with Sugar flowers
Traditionally Covered with Almond Icing and Fondant.
The fruit mix consists of Raisins, Sultana's, Cherries, Mixed Peel, slivered Almonds and soaked in sweet Sherry. The fruit soaks for 12 months.
All the Decorations are edible and made by our talented team @Girraween Creations
